Further easing of restrictions on Public Worship in Nenagh

The restrictions on public worship in Nenagh Parish will ease further from Monday, 1 November 2021, following the recommendations emerging from a series of meetings of the Parish COVID-19 Management Group. The group has been actively evaluating the implications for our parish, of the recent government announcement of eased national restrictions.

Among the innovations devised by the group is the retention of the two centre aisles of St Mary of the Rosary church for those members of our parish community who wish to continue physical distancing for their own personal reasons. The two centre aisles will, therefore, retain the existing layout for physical distancing. The two side aisles will be fully opened up to worshippers.

Guidance on St John the Baptist church will be issued in advance of the reopening after the renovation work has been completed, hopefully in the near future.

Full details of the latest round of changes are outlined in the leaflet accompanying this post.

We look forward to seeing even more of our wonderful parishioners in the weeks and months to come.
