Arising from the various storms in recent years and damage caused to St Mary of the Rosary Church, we recently commissioned a report on the safety of the trees on the Church roadside of St Mary of the Rosary Church.
The report was carried out by a professional Arborist.
The report has recommended a high-level pruning of the trees to include removal of two dead trees.
The work will take five days and will be carried out during the week commencing 27 October when the school mid term break is scheduled.
Full health and safety measures will be in place during the work
The roadway will be useable but the foot path on the Church Road side will be restricted to pedestrians during the work.
The grounds of St Marys will be accessible during the work, but we ask everyone to please be conscious of the work and adhere to the health and safety guidelines that will be in place.
Thanks in advance for your co-operation with this health and safety enhancement.
